As well as our various midweek Bible studies, we also host some other, non-Bible study activities.
Knit & Natter
Every Friday morning at 10am-12pm, we also have a bilingual knitting (or crochet, or macrame if you like!) group called Knit & Natter which is also run in the church cafe, À Cœur Ouvert. This, too, is open to the general public – anyone, French or International, is welcome to come! Whether you already know how to knit and would like some people to do it with, or have never knitted before and would like to learn, you are welcome to come. We have wool and needles available for any newbies to learn with!
Tots & Co
Every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 10-11:30am, the church runs a parent and baby group called Tots & Co (or Pitchounes & Cie. in French!) in the church cafe at the front of the building, À Cœur Ouvert. This is open not just to those who attend the church, but to any parents (whether they speak French or not) of young children (0-3yrs) across the city who would like to meet up with other parents – it can be particularly isolating being a parent in a large city, so we aim to provide a way for parents to meet new people and get out of the house without having to arrange childcare. We have toys, tea & coffee for the parents, and often include a short Bible story too.
